Upper Deck: Remove existing railings and cedar under deck and install new black aluminum railings with pickets and new cedar T&G on the ceiling. Materials and labour included.
Lower Deck: Remove existing deck, stairs and supporting upper deck post. Rebuild a new 10'x11' pressure treated deck with a 5 foot wide set of stairs using helical piles to meet 2026 building codes. This lower deck will also have black aluminum railings installed with pickets. Materials and labour included.
