3 pressure treated decks in total with no railings. One 30'x16' and two 12'x10' pressure treated decks built as low as possible not to interfer with grade built by Shawn Morrison.
Framing will be 2"x8" in size with 5/4"x6" decking screwed down. This project will be attached to the foundation with a ledger board and joist hangers to support the deck structure.
Project to be start by last week in June or earlier and completed with in 7 days.
Total cost of project $10,800.00 plus H.S.T
75% deposit required $8,100.00
25% balance upon completion $2,700.00
