Shed: 5'x7' in size and built to match existing shed. This project includes all materials and labour. This shed will have a plywood floor bolted down to the concrete pad, LP siding, one man door, no windows and shingles. Total cost $3,600.00 plus H.S.T

Deck Replacement: This project includes all materials and labour. Included in this project is removal of existing deck and building a new 6'x6' deck with 36" railings, a new 6' wide staircase with risers and skirting to close in the underneath of the deck. Total cost $3,200.00 plus H.S.T

Retaining Wall: This project includes all materials and labour to cover up retaining wall in patio area. Total cost $750.00

Total for all projects is $7,550.00 plus H.S.T

Deposit 75% $5,662.50

Balance 25% upon completion $1,887.50
