Deck replacement. This project includes removing old decking, railings, privacy wall and staircase from the property. Suppling and installing new 5/4" pressure treated decking, building a new staircase, erecting a new 14 foot custom privacy wall from 2" pressure treated lumber and installing a new white aluminum railing system with pickets.

Total Project Cost $15,000.00 plus H.S.T

Deposit 75% $11,250.00 plus H.S.T

Balance upon completion 25% $3,750.00 plus H.S.T
