One 30'x12' cedar deck with two levels and two sets of stairs. This project includes all materials and labour and will be constructed to meet 2025 building codes. This deck will be attached to the house and supported with helical piles. All railings will be cedar and 36" high with one gate.
This project also includes 91 feet of 6' high pressure treated fencing and a 10 foot gate.
All existing structures onsite will be removed and discarded.
