This project includes labour and materials for framing foundation, floor, walls and roof. All cedar for change room and sauna walls included, one bench in the change room, L- Shaped benches in the sauna, one sauna cedar door and two windows (one 24"x24" and one 48"x30") Optional 3rd window at extra charge.
This project includes all labour to complete the project with the exception of tiles on the plywood floor and the material costs of siding, facia, soffit and steel roof materials.
This project will be constructed to meet 2025 building codes.
Total Cost of Project is $31,300.00
Deposit 50% $15,650.00 (Paid)
Second Payment of $7,825.00 to be paid once building is fully framed with roof on.
Final Payment of $7,825.00 is to be paid once project is completed.
