Claude and Debbie pool deck project

One custom pool deck with two custom staircases built by Shawn Morrison. One from the main house deck to the pool and the second set of stairs will lead down to the grass. This project includes aluminum railings to match existing railings of the house. All labour, aluminum railings and pressure treated materials included.

Project schedule for mid August or earlier.

Total $14,200.00 plus H.S.T

Deposit 75% $10,650.00 

Balance 25% 3,550.00

Extras: Supply and install risers to lower staircase along with skirting and a access door. Supply and install one 8 foot aluminum railing section against house. $1,717.00
