Removal of existing cement piers will be an additional cost of $1,200.00 plus H.S.T (includes machinery, labour and dump fees for existing concrete piers.)

75% is $12,337.50 plus H.S.T ÷ 2 = $6,168.75 (first deposit payment)
Final Payment
25% is $4,112.50 plus H.S.T Once project is completed.
