$15,250.00 plus H.S.T
Removal of existing cement piers is an additional cost of $1,200.00 plus H.S.T (includes machinery, labour and dump fees for existing concrete piers.)
Total $16,450.00 plus H.S.T
Payment schedule:
Deposit required is 75% which equals $12,337.50 plus H.S.T ÷ 2 = $6,168.75 (second deposit payment)
Final payment of 25% which is $4,112.50 plus H.S.T will be payed out once the total cedar deck project is completed.
