One cedar deck built by Shawn Morrison. This project includes a upper 14'x14' cedar deck with stairs, black aluminum railings and a 14 foot privacy wall. Also included is a one slope roof over the deck finished with shingles to match with black facia and soffit.
A second lower cedar deck with skirting and a 6 foot wide stair case is also included measuring 30'x14'. This deck will also have black aluminum railings and a 14' privacy wall at the end.
This deck project will be built to meet 2025 building code and will include helical piles and engineering papers.
Also included is parging of the foundation wall all around the house and labour on the front entrance composite steps to correct the small issues.
