Sauna and Change Room Project

This project includes all materials. Cedar 1x5 v-joint for all the walls and ceilings in both sauna and change room with the exception of the shower wall (cement board and tiles not included), 2 cedar benches with a lower bench return like a "L", roxsaul insulation in sauna only, foil barrier in the sauna only, installation of customer supplied door and bench in change room.

Completion Date: No later than December 20th 2023.

Total Project Cost: $14,500.00

Deposit 75% $10,875.00 ÷ 2 payments = $5,437.50

Balance upon completion 25% $3,625.90
