One 12'x12' deck built to the current year building code. You will have 2 helical piles along with pressure treated beams, decking, posts and joists to meet code. Your railings will be black aluminum railings along with one set of stairs 4' wide from a height of less than 4' off the ground. I will provide all drawings along with all engineering information to complete your deck project.

$8,500.00 is the total cost of materials and labour. 

$500.00 to remove existing deck

$1,000.00 is the cost of skirting including materials and labour

A 75% deposit is required at this time and the balance of 25% of $2,500.00 will be required once your deck project is complete.
